In phase 4, you will hold the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class (PO2). As  PO2, you are now in a position of leadership. You will lead a division of cadets every Wednesday night and it will be your responsibility to teach them how to do their uniforms, inform them of upcoming events, and help your cadets succeed in their training! You will be their mentor and leader, and it will be your responsibility to help your cadets grow over the year.
